The space

This condo was renovated in 2019 with more recent updates to the bunk room in 2022, new kitchen quartz tops in late 2023, new primary bedroom furniture in 2024 and new living room furniture in 2025. Renovations include: new double/single bunk beds, new primary bedroom furniture, new living room furniture, two new TV's, newer kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, newer interior paint, newer bath vanities and tops, newer luxury vinyl plank flooring, shades on sliding glass doors and windows, ceiling fans and light fixtures. This condo is located on the 4th top floor with a gorgeous side view of the beach. Convenient access to the elevator and beach. You can relax on the master bed, sofa or balcony and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Square footage of this condo is 1040. This condo will accommodate 8 people in beds and sofa bed. Free wireless internet is included! DIRECTV Streaming is the media provider for all the TVs. The family room has a new 65" Samsung Smart TV with voice remote, A TV soundbar with Bluetooth for optional music streaming. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a ceiling fan, TV, large closet and is connected to its own private bath. It also has a new desk area in this bedroom. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, new 50" Roku Smart TV, closet, and ceiling fan. It is connected to the hall bath. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds (twin bed on top bunk, double bed on bottom bunk) with its own wall-mounted TV. The living room has a new sleeper sofa and queen sheets are provided. The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a new in 2022 full-sized washer and dryer. The beach service of FOUR chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between March 1st and October 31st. Maravilla is a gated community that sits on 33.7 acres with its own private 2.5-acre white sandy beach. We now have a beach ramp! Volleyball nets are available. A kayak rental service is available. The community offers a gulf-front pool with ample sunbathing areas. A second larger, seasonally heated pool and hot tub is located at the rear of the clubhouse. BBQ grills are located by the clubhouse. The reservable clubhouse has a full kitchen with a big screen TV. Other amenities include bike rentals, fitness room, two newly resurfaced pickleball courts, tennis court, shuffleboard, basketball goals, pleasant walking and jogging areas, and large, generously lit interior parking with security during high season. Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited. All pets must be approved first. We accept a maximum of two dogs and no dog over 30 pounds. No cats or other animals allowed. At Maravilla each condo is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces. Guest access

Guests will have access to Maravilla's private beach. The beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October. Guests will also have access to all of Maravilla's amenities, included but not limited to, 2 pools, a hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center and more.
