The space

Welcome to Maravilla #1106, located in Destin's most POPULAR family gated resort! This condo is just steps from the emerald green water and sugary white sand beaches. That's why it's called the Emerald Coast! Enjoy easy access to this desirable ground floor condo. Beach access is now a beach ramp. ** Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in October 2025. ** The master bedroom offers a king size bed and its own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to your oversized patio. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to the hall bath. The kids love the third bedroom and view it as their own little retreat while enjoying the bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a double-sized bed with the twin on the top. If you need additional sleeping space, no worries, the living area couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer. The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between March 1st and October 31st. Maravilla is a gated community that sits on 33.7 acres with its own private 2.5 acre white sandy beach. We now have a beach ramp!! No more stairs to the beach! Volleyball nets are available. A kayak rental service is available. The complex offers a gulf front pool with ample sunbathing areas. A second pool is located at the rear of the property adjacent to the clubhouse. This pool is heated seasonally and includes a hot tub. BBQ grills are located by both pools. The clubhouse has a full kitchen with a big screen TV. It has a dressing area and a fitness area. Bike rentals and ice machines are available. Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited. Other amenities include: gated community, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball goals, pleasant walking and jogging areas, and large, generously lit interior parking with security during high season. All pets must be approved first. We accept a maximum of two dogs and no dog over 30 pounds. No cats or other animals allowed. At Maravilla each condo is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces.

Guest access

Guests will have access to Maravilla's private beach. The beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October. Guests will also have access to all of Maravilla's amenities, included but not limited to, 2 pools, a hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center and more.
