Our beautiful get away is now available for your comfort and enjoyment. The beach and emerald waters are only a short walk away. We are fully furnished down to the last fork and spoon. The layout boasts a master suite w/king bed, full bath, and balcony access. Another suite has another king bed and full bath. Third BR has a full size bed. The main living area has a Smart TV. Vinyl Hardwood look flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unit has both a washer/dryer and dish washer.

How much better can it get ... newly decorated walls and furniture in a warm beach setting. Family oriented and KID FRIENDLY at one of the most popular resorts in the Destin area. Two + acres of private, sugar-white beach. It sleeps EIGHT (8) people. Includes Beach Service (4 chairs and 2 Umbrellas) from March 1st - October 31st. We now have a beach ramp! No more stairs! Our beautiful get away is now available for your comfort and enjoyment. It is one of the largest floorplans in Maravilla Building #1 and is open and airy with a large covered balcony accessible from both the main living area and master suite. The beach and emerald waters are only a short walk away. We are fully furnished down to the last fork and spoon. Just bring your own beach/pool towels and be ready for some fun and relaxation. This is a wonderful unit for the entire family, a gathering of friends, or a romantic getaway for two. The layout boasts a master suite w/king bed, full bath, and balcony access. Another suite has another king bed and full bath. Third BR has bunk beds which are a twin size bed on top bunk and full size bed on bottom bunk. All three bedrooms have TVs in the rooms. The main living area has a sleeper sofa (queen sofa bed), TV/VCR/DVD,WI-FI dining area and breakfast bar. Al Fresco dining on the balcony. Vinyl Hardwood look flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unit has both a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited. At Maravilla each condo is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces.
Guest access
Guests will have access to Maravilla's private beach. The beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October. Guests will also have access to all of Maravilla's amenities, included but not limited to, 2 pools, a hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center and more.

Neighborhood overview
Maravilla condos are one of the most popular pet-friendly family complexes in Miramar Beach/Destin area with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin Wal-Mart and 3 miles west of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.

We booked a last minute Christmas vacation at the beach. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was spotless, excellent quiet location and the hosts were very helpful. We got to bring our fur baby too which was a really nice bonus.We will be back for sure. We loved our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Miramar Beach Vacation at Maravilla. Everything was very clean and location was prime! Additionally, we had a nice area to walk our dogs and everyone was very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

We checked at the advised time of 4:00 and the condo was clean and ready for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for week. During the week we took advantage of the umbrellas and beach chairs that were available for our use. We also enjoyed the pool areas and the pickle ball courts as well. After our departure, they notified us of time we had left behind and graciously offered to ship them back to us. My family and I throughly enjoyed our time in Destin and would definitely return to this condo at Maravilla.

As you read, keep in mind that I am very picky when deciding on a rental! This is our second time in this community and we love that Maravilla is dog-friendly—we brought our usual two dogs. Since our last stay in 2023, they updated the complex with new paint and lighting which made it even more luxurious! All four in our group needed to get away to recharge and the design choices in the condo made it so easy to relax in the space. Bright, not cluttered, and it was clean! For entertainment purposes, my cooking-loving Mom wanted to share that she really appreciated that the unit had high quality cookware. I also look for big TVs in a rental because our family does like to unwind with a movie at the end of the day and this unit provided that.We also keep looking to stay in this area because the beach is just across the street and we could walk to get our coffee in the morning at Bad Ass Coffee and walk to dinner at Pompano Joe’s. Anywhere else is just minutes away with a vehicle.Communication wise, Karen absolutely delivered by contacting beach attendants IMMEDIATELY when we were denied our four chairs (received only two). They apparently hadn’t updated their paper chart, but because of Karen, the attendants made it right within minutes. Highly recommend this place and these hosts!

We are pet friendly, but only to pet owners who agree to our pet policy & get pet approval. We ONLY approve dogs (no cats) that are under 30 lbs. Up to two dogs under 30 lbs are allowed. Please also read our rental agreement that is sent to you after making your reservation which will include more rules for the Maravilla complex. Failure to follow rules can result in eviction without refunds. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. While you are a guest at Maravilla, you and your approved guests are expected to treat other guests, owners, and workers with dignity and respect. If I am made aware of any issues, disturbances or inappropriate or illegal behavior, you and your guests can and will be evicted without refund. You will also be subject to a minimum of $300 fine for any disturbances. In case of an emergency, call 911.
