Thank you for viewing our newly decorated two bedroom, two bath condo. Our serene color palette includes blue; the color of the gulf and sky and white; the color of the sand. Unbeatable Gulf views await you at Maravilla 2207! Our Destin, Florida vacation condo is sure to please, as you are provided with a relaxing trip to the beach in this family-oriented condo. With the beach in your sightline and a wide range of community amenities, it’s clear to see why this is such a popular vacation destination. At Maravilla 2207, discover everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo can easily accommodate six guests, ensuring everyone is plenty comfortable whether you are here for a few days or even a month! Step out onto your very own private balcony and soak up the Gulf views that seem to stretch for miles. You can also view the pool from your balcony. When hunger strikes, the fully equipped custom built kitchen with their French gold accents, white quartz counter tops and new appliances are stocked for your culinary needs and is designed to satisfy any kind of craving, sweet or savory. Just stock the kitchen with your favorite snacks and you’ll be ready to dine! You also have a gulf view from your bistro-style high top, six seater dining table and from your living room which opens up to a private shaded balcony. Additional seating and table are provided on the balcony for your morning coffee or evening view of the sunset or enjoying the sound of the waves lapping up to the shore! It's also a great place to work with your laptop! If you must check in with work or school while at the beach, free wireless internet is provided. A new Queen-sized sleeper sofa and three comfy chairs provide plenty of seating for viewing the large screen smart HDTV for watching movies, or your favorite sports. The master bedroom also comes with its own full private newly renovated bathroom in addition to balcony access. The king-sized mattress is of new, comfy, plush memory foam which makes your feel like you are floating on a cloud! Another wall-mounted large screen smart HDTV is provided in the master bedroom. The newly renovated tiled shower/tub combination is good for a quick shower or slow bath soak. A large master closet provides enough room for a long stay! The smaller bedroom is equipped with a new, plush memory foam queen-sized bed. Industrial-style lighting is provided near the head of the bed on both sides for those who like to read before retiring for sleep or enjoy your favorite show on TV. Across the hall from it is the full newly renovated bath with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and new quartz vanity. We provide a full linen set up for each bath and crisp white linens for each bed. The laundry room is located in the hallway which is equipped with a full washer and dryer for your use. Not to mention, guests at Maravilla 2207 enjoy complimentary in-season beach service, with two chairs and an umbrella to lounge under from March 1st through October 31st. We now have a BEACH RAMP. Time at the beach has never been so sweet! Sink your toes down into the sand, observe the beautiful emerald-colored ocean, feel the nice, soft breeze and warm sunshine on your skin. What more could you ask for? Then, retire back to Maravilla and explore the community amenities. Two pools, a fitness center, hot tub, tennis and pickleball court, and so much more ensure that you are left endlessly entertained during your time here. There is even a clubhouse at Maravilla that can be rented for small groups or to ease into the couch with a book or to watch TV! Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited. From shopping to dining and everything in between, you will be amazed at all the nearby choices available to you! You can even walk to restaurants including Captain Daves, Kenny D's and Pompano Joes. The Silver Sands Outlet shopping and Destin Commons are great places to visit! Check out local Destin golf courses or drive a few minutes to Downtown Destin or Destin Harbor and explore local events and entertainment. Families enjoy the Big Kahuna water park and Gulfarium nearby. You will never run out of fun things to do while you are here!

What more could you ask for? Then, retire back to Maravilla and explore the community amenities. Two pools, a fitness center, hot tub, tennis and pickleball court, basketball courts, bbq grills with a covered pavilion, and so much more ensure that you are left endlessly entertained during your time here. There is even a clubhouse at Maravilla that can be rented for small groups or to ease into the couch with a book or to watch TV! We provide 2 parking passes. You can park in any available spots. We do not have visitor parking.
